We carry out our activities based on a temporary employment contract (which can be prolonged) and these activities cover:

leading recruitment processes connected with changing organisational structures as well as finding and selecting new employees,

verifying the needs concerning employee development, finding the means to fulfil these needs, committing both specialists as well as management personnel to raise their qualifications,

building/developing tools of grading employees’ achievements.
