An experienced manager with a broad background in operational and strategic management. He served as Technical Director and Member of the Board at ZNTK Radom Sp. z o. o., as General Manager at ‘Met-Chem’ – metal-chemical works and as Managing Director at Energetyczne Centrum S.A. (the field of energy). He also served in the Management Board and Supervisory Board of Polish member companies of TEW Entsorgung GmbH.
From the beginning of his career he was linked to aviation, the railway market as well as the technological industry and since 2009 also to the energy sector and waste management. He was also responsible for restructuring, taking over and creating companies and commercial law partnerships.
He was responsible for strategy and wide business optimisation. He specialises in operational management, optimisation and production development, improving effectiveness and quality management systems as well as creating new business ideas and strategies.
His findings and insight have been published by the Warsaw University of Technology and Radom University of Technology technical press as well as by the Institute for Sustainable Technologies in Radom.
A graduate of the Military University of Technology and a postgraduate study in Entrepreneurship and Management (Radom Technical University). He also attended a postgraduate study in Innovative Management at the University of Humanities and Economics in Lodz.
