Interim management

We carry out our activities based on a temporary employment contract (which can be prolonged) and these activities cover:

  • analysis and creation of the company’s structures,

  • building trust and encouraging the personnel in charge to participate in new projects,

  • leading recruitment processes connected with changing organisational structures as well as finding and selecting new employees,

  • verifying the needs concerning employee development, finding the means to fulfil these needs, committing both specialists as well as management personnel to raise their qualifications,

  • building/developing tools of grading employees’ achievements.
