Manager with wide experience in operational management. He was the manager of the Aeronautical Workshop in Radom, the director of the Warsaw District of Railway Stations in the Railway Stations department at PKP S.A. (management of over 160 railway stations).
For twenty years of his professional career he was linked to military aviation in the department of plane and helicopter service and repairs in the Polish Air Force and after that the market of railway property. He was responsible for technical staff and restructuring and creating new structures in Air Force units. He also cooperated with local municipalities in utilising railway property and managed railway property. He specialises in operational management, increasing efficiency and optimisation.
A graduate of the Military University of Technology and a postgraduate study in Entrepreneurship and Management (Radom Technical University). He also attended a postgraduate study in Sustainable Energy at the Warsaw Technical University.
